The Bachelorette's Clare Crawley Kept Her Finale Gown from Her Juan Pablo Galavis Breakup – Here's Why

“Until we can do this show and do it safely, we won’t do it,” host Chris Harrison told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. “Right now we are just on hold and it’s being postponed. But we’re all chomping at the bit to get back to it and to have Clare be our Bachelorette.”

Recently, Harrison spoke to Crawley to find out how she’s handling life in self-isolation. “Like everybody, she’s frustrated,” he said. “She’s safe and she’s doing what she’s supposed to do, but that means she’s sequestered at home and she lives by herself. Bad timing for Clare. It would have been great right after. She could have been quarantined with the man of her dreams, but now she just has to sit and think about being the Bachelorette.”

Kylie Jenner Is Going Au Naturel While in Quarantine

Kylie Jenner is using her time in self-quarantine to reset her beauty routine and let her hair recoup from all the wigs and extensions she wears in her usual life.

On Friday, April 3, the Lip Kit creator posted a video to her Instagram Stories showcasing her natural bob haircut. Overtop the snap, she wrote, “Hair health journey rn.”

Later that day, when appearing on an Instagram Live session with her BFF Stassie Karanikolaou, she further explained her current au naturel process. “This is actually the first time I’ve worn my natural hair,” she said during the chat, revealing that she still “used her little Dyson thing,” possibly referring to the new Corrale straightener. She explained that she’s also been using hair masks and argan oil on her dirty blonde strands, to give it a bit of a boost.

But it’s not just her hair she’s letting recover. The Kylie Cosmetics founder is also letting her natural nails breathe, going acrylic-free for what feels like the first time in forever.

“I feel so uncomfortable [about my natural nails] I don’t know how to type on my phone anymore because I usually type with the flats,” she told her friend during Friday’s session. “My nails didn’t even need to be taken off, this is just such a good time to take your hair out, nails out, go no lashes.” Then she joked, “We’re so natural, Stass.”

Her older sister Kim Kardashian is indulging in a similar beauty detox at the moment. However, she has big plans for when it’s over.  The Skims founder posted a throwback image of herself sporting bleach blonde locks on Sunday, March 29. “My hair is gonna be so healthy after this quarantined time,” she wrote in the accompanying caption. “Contemplating dying it blonde when we can have human interaction again.”

The World's Strongest Man Shows How He Trains By Just Hanging Out

Reigning World’s Strongest Man Martins Licis isn’t letting the coronavirus quarantine slow down his training. He took his YouTube followers along for a workout using a hanging bar and a barbell, and it was full of training nuggets.

Licis shared the actual list of movements that went into the workout early in the video:

– Hanging Single-Arm L-seats – 3 sets of 5 to 10 seconds
– Gorilla Hangs – 3 sets of 5 to 10 seconds
– Pullups with Pause – 5 sets of 1 to 10 reps
– Bent-Over Barbell Rows with Pause – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
– Bent-Over Barbell High Rows with Pause – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
– Barbell Standing Upright Rows – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps
– Barbell Biceps Curls – 3 sets of 5 to 10 reps
– Barbell Overhand Biceps Curls with Pause – 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps

He starts his workout with the hanging L-seats. “This will be more of an activation. It is core work, but it doesn’t burn out the core,” he says. “And if you can’t do single arms, just do two arms.”

Next, he’s onto gorilla hangs, pulling himself up and holding for 10 seconds.

Pullups come next. The bodyweight move can be especially challenging for such a big man, no matter how strong he is. “Last week, I did five sets of five, where I paused right about eye level. My goal is to eventually bring back my chin touching the bar. I’m around 345 pounds right now…it’s tough,” he says.

Licus also offers some advice on modifications for those who can’t do a pullup.

“You get on a step stool of some sort, you jump up and hold as long as you can,” he says. “The goal is to be able to get 10 seconds with your eyes at the same level as the bar. Even if you get a few seconds, that’s good.”

After that, he hits the bent over barbell rows, followed by high rows.

“This is actually a little counter intuitive because the idea is to shut off the lats and to really activate the upper back, the rear delts, the lower traps and the rhomboids,” he says. “So you’re gonna want to raise your elbows as you’re rowing, but you’re going to have this urge to shrug. Don’t shrug. You want to keep the rhomboids and lower traps engaged by pushing the shoulder blades down and in.”

Next, he’s onto standing upright rows.

“I really don’t want to shrug, you want to scoop the hands in turn the elbows open and pull to your chin,” he says. “You want to go light and controlled.”

He switches to one arm upright rows, which he says feels better on his shoulder.

“One arm feels better because when you have two hands, naturally if you’re not holding onto anything when you lift up your elbows, your hands want to spread apart,” says Licis. “With a barbell that motion’s restricted, instead of your hands pulling apart, your body has to compensate by rotating the weight up which puts a lot more strain on your rotators, which is why I ask you guys to do this motion slowly and controlled with a pause.”

To finish, he’s knocks out his sets of overhand biceps curls.

This Husband Rapped His Wife's Polygel Nail Tutorial — and, Well, You Just Need to See It

If you were wondering how to apply your own polygel nails at home, this rainbow polygel tutorial is both informative and oh-so amusing to watch. Evie, the self-taught nail enthusiast behind the YouTube account LongHairPrettyNails, showed viewers how she completed a full DIY polygel set on herself from start to finish, as her husband rapped (yes, you read that right, rapped) the entire video.

The result was just as good as you’d expect — like when that husband rapped his wife’s Fenty Beauty makeup tutorial, or that dad narrated his daughter’s makeup video. Not a single step was forgotten or skipped over, from the nail prep to the application of the polygel and nail gems at the end. He even cited where each of the products she used were from and called out the links in the description box below the video.

Watch the video above to hear his rap for yourself and learn how to give yourself a polygel manicure at home. If you can’t get enough of his song, you can stream it on Spotify, Apple Music, Google Play, and Amazon Music.

Christine Lampard’s stunning £120,000 engagement ring from husband Frank

Christine Lampard has presented shows like The One Show, Daybreak, Dancing on Ice and This Morning throughout her career. In 2015, Christine tied the knot with football manager and former player, Frank Lampard, and they have had a daughter together, Patricia.

  • Stacey Solomon reveals why boyfriend Joe Swash hasn’t ‘proposed’

She also has two step daughters, Luna and Isla from Frank’s previous relationship with Elen Rivas who was a Spanish model.

The TV host was presented with a stunning solitaire diamond ring with a platinum band worth an estimated £120,000, when the footballer proposed in 2011.

The ring, includes a large solitaire diamond, as well as smaller diamonds on the band.

Frank apparently spent three months secretly planning his proposal but the Daybreak presenter insisted that it was “not very fancy”.

They flew to America on a romantic trip thought to have cost £30,000 which saw them visit Las Vegas and Los Angeles.

The couple had been on a two week break, first staying at the Wynn Encore five star luxury resort in Nevada for a week, which costs around £300 a night. They then travelled to California and it was reported that they were staying at a £350 night SLS Hotel in Beverley Hills.

The footballer got down on one knee after a romantic beach side lunch in LA, which led Christine to cry for ten minutes.

Engaged during their holiday, Christine admitted that the ring was a bit too big but the TV presenter couldn’t help but flash her diamond ring as she strolled through the airport on their return to London.

Alongside her engagement ring, the star has a matching platinum band from when the couple got married in 2015.

The couple started dating in 2009 after attending the Pride of Britain Awards. In 2015, they got married at St Paul’s Church in Knightsbridge and Christine opted for a Kate Middleton inspired dress by designer Susanne Neville.

However, Christine has said that she doesn’t always wear her engagement ring.

  • Janet Street-Porter slams ‘vulgar’ Pippa Middleton for engagement ring

On a Loose Women show in 2017, Gloria Hunniford asked her: “Why aren’t you wearing it today?”

Christine replied: “I don’t always wear it everyday actually. I’ve always got my band on.”

The panellists were all discussing whether they liked their engagement rings or not.

The TV presenter told her co-stars: “Frank did it all, I had nothing to do with it, I never tried anything on. I loved that, I didn’t actually care what it looked like.”

Christine previously admitted that she nearly left Frank before the wedding. Whilst drunk, Frank had swapped the name cards of the wedding dinner around as a prank.

Alongside on Loose Women, Carol McGiffin became engaged to her boyfriend Mark Cassidy in 2008, when he popped the question with a round cut diamond ring set on a platinum band.

The couple finally married in February 2018 after a ten-year engagement, but Carol didn’t share their happy news until they had already celebrated their first wedding anniversary.

Christine keeps her 506k Instagram followers up to date with daily outfit posts on what she is wearing on Loose Women that day.

However, in many of the posts it is seen that she is not wearing her engagement rings and only brings that out for special occasions like the National Television Awards.

Family spending £600 a WEEK on food swap lives with mum who has to feed kids cereal for dinner on Rich House, Poor House

A FAMILY who spend £600 a week on food were left “feeling like peasants” when they traded budgets with a struggling single mum.

Business owner Damien Lee swaps his large Victorian house in Bournemouth for Larissa Wood’s council house in the village of Winterbourne, Kingston on Channel 5’s Rich House Poor House.

Damien lives with his wife Weronika and two sons James and Josh who "want for nothing" with a disposable income of £1,300 a week.

This is in stark contrast to the Wood family who survive on just £45 a week after bills, leaving her struggling to provide for her son Kobie and daughter Imahny.

The limited budget means that Larissa is often forced to feed her children cereal for dinner.

Kobie explains: “We usually have cereal for dinner basically because we don’t really have anything else in the house.”

She says: “I rarely cook, probably once or twice a week if I can afford it.”

Meanwhile Damien wouldn’t dream of doing anything of the sort, spending 13 times Larissa’s entirely weekly budget on food alone.

The dad-of-two is eager to maintain a healthy diet after being diagnosed with cancer four years ago.

He explains: “It was kind of a surreal moment to be told that you have late stage four cancer. I wasn’t afraid, for me it was like a red rag to a bull.

“Healthy eating isn’t cheap, we would spend with supermarket shopping, takeaways in the vicinity of £600 a week on food.”

And with his enormous house equipped with a games room, a collection of high-end motorbikes and five bathrooms, Damien says his boys “don’t want for anything.”

While the Lees are in the top ten per cent, Larissa makes ends meet as a nail technician, but longs to open her own business.

“Inside I feel angry, a failure” she says, “Obviously I’ve got kids so I keep going for them but at the same time they must see me as a failure.”

Eager to experience how the other half lives, the families swap houses, schedules and budgets for one week.

But things prove tricky for the Lees from the offset, with Josh calling the £45.50 budget a “joke” while Weronika admits she would usually spend that amount on a bottle of wine.

Settling down for their first meal, Weronika and Damien tuck into pasta and cheese while the boys are left with plain toast.

“I feel like a peasant, eating bread” says James, while across town the Woods enjoy a rare takeaway pizza.

On the second day Larissa, joined by brother Connor, splashes out on a £100 climbing experience for him and Kobie while the Lees get to grips with their shoestring budget.

Perusing the aisles of a local convenience store, Damien moans, “We’re not going to get through a week? We can’t live like this.”

Spending £26, over half the budget is blown on the first shop, with Josh complaining, “£25 is a steak, and we have steak every week.”

Back at the house, Damien admits he is struggling.

I am actually craving an avocado on some sourdough with an egg on top

“They have to live like this every day and I am actually craving an avocado on some sourdough with an egg on top” he says.

“We’re not going to be able to make it Weronika – I don’t know how Larissa does it.”

The couple later meet with Larissa’s mum Tracey at a local pub, who is reduced to tears as she explains that her daughter has never even been on a family holiday.

In a hope to find some healthier produce Damien drives further afield to a supermarket – leaving the family with just £1.68 after a second shop.

Elsewhere Larissa is living the high life, travelling to London to meet Damien’s close friend and celebrity stylist Nicky Clarke, who treats the mum to a free haircut.

But the Lees don’t feel like they’re missing out with Damien spending their final pennies on some popcorn for a movie night.

And glamorous Weronkia gets her hands dirty helping to clean the mould from the Woods’ ceiling, donning shades to protect her eyes as she does so.

A reflective Damien says: “It’s not about money, it’s about time, it’s about playing with them, actually I’m the one who’s got the problem, not them.”

But Larissa is struggling to get rid of the massive budget, and so takes the family shopping to splash the leftover £800 spoiling Imahny with toys and Kobie with a new iPhone.

As their journey comes to an end the two families meet up to discuss their experiences.

I’m feeling a little bit more optimistic about the future and a bit more confident and that’s all down to Damien

Larissa is left emotional as she praises “amazing” Damien after learning about his health complications.

She says: “It’s really overwhelming and really inspiring at the same time.”

Reflecting on the journey, Damien says: “I’ve got a lot out of it personally it’s helped me see where I’m going wrong.”

As a way of thanks the Lees paid for a family holiday for the Woods as well as gifting Kobie with tickets to a football match and offering Larissa some business coaching.

Larissa says: “I’m feeling a little bit more optimistic about the future and a bit more confident and that’s all down to Damien and his family.”

The band may have split or their movie is a distant memory – but these stars remain BFFs – The Sun

Kimberley Walsh, 38, Nicola Roberts, 34 & Cheryl, 36

It was hit show Popstars: The Rivals that saw Cheryl, Nicola and Kimberley make it into the band with Nadine Coyle and Sarah Harding to become Girls Aloud.

But since the girls split in 2013, it’s the threesome who have remained closest.

Nicola says: “Kimberley and Cheryl are my roots.

“We’ve gone through everything together.”

Cheryl says: “I left [the band] with these two amazing, gorgeous souls and the best friends anyone could ask for.

“I will never be able to thank you enough for the support, love and loyalty you brought to our group.”

Kimberley says: “It is a real connection between us three.”

Leonardo DiCaprio, 45 & Kate Winslet, 44

They showed us what true love looked like as Jack and Rose in Titanic in 1997, aged 22 and 21 years old respectively.

And yet, over two decades later, it’s their real-life friendship that still makes us go gooey.

The stars have played a huge part in each other’s lives, with Leo walking Kate down the aisle for her third marriage to Ned Rocknroll in 2012, not to mention the speeches, hugs and shout-outs at every awards ceremony since.

Kate says: “Leo, I’m so happy I can stand here [at the Golden Globes 2009] and tell you how much I love you and how much I’ve loved you for 13 years…”

Leo says: “She’s such a terrific person in general that our chemistry naturally happened on screen. We just like each other.”

Maisie Williams, 22 & Sophie Turner, 24

We know and love them as the fearsome Stark sisters Arya and Sansa in Game Of Thrones, but IRL the two girls have a bond that is a lot more, well, snuggly than their telly siblings.

As well as consistently gushing over each other in interviews, they’ve got matching tattoos with the date they landed their roles in GOT, and in May last year Ms Williams was even one of Sophie’s maids of honour at her south of France wedding to beau Joe Jonas. Sister goals!

Maisie says: ”Whenever I’m like: ‘I need help! This is bigger than anything I can sort out on my own’, Sophie is my point of call.”

Sophie says: “We were pretty much best friends from [the moment we met]…Maisie is definitely my protector, and I’m hers, too.”

Courteney Cox, 55 & Jennifer Aniston, 51

The pair met on the set of Friends back in 1994, and quickly went from being unknown actresses to much-loved TV stars.

Since the end of the show in 2004, they’ve spoken out about continuing to be pillars of strength for each other.

Courteney says: “We just have fun, we laugh, we’re inseparable and it’s great.”

Jennifer says: “She’s extremely fair, ridiculously loyal and fiercely loving… All I can say is she’s been there for me through thick and thin.”

Cameron Diaz, 47 & Drew Barrymore, 45

Forget the glamour of a film set – these two met when Drew served Cam in their local coffee shop in Beverly Hills when she was just 18.

While they remained casual mates after that, it wasn’t until Drew rang up Cameron when she was cast as her ass-kicking co-star in Charlie’s Angels that a true friendship was born.

And they remain as close as ever, with Drew being a bridesmaid at her bestie’s wedding to rocker Benji Madden in 2015, plus in December she inspired the middle name of Cameron’s daughter, Raddix Chloe Wildflower Madden – named after Drew’s autobiography, Wildflower. Beyond cute.

Drew says: “We’re like sisters and we see each other all the time.

“She’s the most loyal, fierce, fun, cosy friend.

“We have incredible honesty with each other.”

Cameron says: “We’ve been in this industry for a long time and that’s a feat.

“To have people that you’ve known for that long – those are real relationships.

“We’ve gone through a lot in life together.”

Donald Faison, 45 & Zach Braff, 44

They have one of TV’s most famous bromances, and it’s continued to thrive long after the 2010 demise of sitcom Scrubs, in which they played besties JD and Turk.

Since then, they’ve shared their ongoing love for each other through Insta pics and joint family vacays, plus Zach was a groomsman at his pal’s wedding in 2012 and is godfather to two of his children, Rocco, six, and Wilder, four.

Donald says: “[Zach]’s my best friend. I’m really fond of that man, I’m not ashamed to say it.”

Zach says: [In an Insta post to his bestie] “Happy Birthday to my Ride Or Die. I love you so much it hurts sometimes.”

The 6 Best Desk Organizers

It can be so easy to let your desk get cluttered in the chaos of daily life, but the best desk organizers can bring order to your workspace. Staying organized can offer a range of health benefits, including boosting your energy and reducing stress — plus, it’s just plain convenient.

When you’re shopping for a desk organizer, the most important question to ask yourself is: What specifically needs to be organized?

  • If you need to wrangle lots of different office supplies, consider getting an organizer set or a single organizer with multiple compartments for handily sorting large and small items.
  • You can also find organizers designed for more specific uses, such as a file organizer, which can help you organize extra paper, large notebooks, and (you guessed it!) files.
  • A pen and pencil holder is best for keeping your writing utensils collected in one place on top of your desk.
  • If you want to organize the interior of your desk, a drawer organizer made up of multiple smaller compartments can keep your desk drawers from looking like junk drawers.

An organizational system works best when you can quickly find the things you need, particularly when you’re working with small, easy-to-lose items like pens or paper clips. For this reason, desk organizers that are made of clear plastic or wire mesh are particularly helpful, since they allow you to see what’s inside from all angles.

As with any home product, you should measure the dimensions of your space — seriously, don’t be afraid to bust out the measuring tape! For desktop items, take note of the length and width of your desktop, as well as the height of anything that might get in the way of your organizer, like a wall-mounted shelf. If you’re purchasing an organizer for a desk drawer, pay particular attention to the height of the drawer to make sure the organizer won’t interfere with your ability to slide it shut.

From an all-in-one organizer to an organizer set, here are six of the best desk organizers to transform your workspace into a clutter-free zone.

We only recommend products we love and that we think you will, too. We may receive a portion of sales from products purchased from this article, which was written by our Commerce team.

1. The Best Multipurpose Desktop Organizer

The SimpleHouseware desk organizer is an all-in-one organizational tool. It has two side-load letter trays and a drawer that slides out to reveal three compartments for hiding away pens, sticky notes, and other small supplies that can easily clutter a desktop. One special feature of this organizer that isn’t commonly found among desktop organizers is its vertical section for hanging file folders — it’s perfect for keeping your important files and notes visible and at arm’s length.

This organizer is made of a sturdy mesh and measures 13 by 11.5 inches in size, with a height of 10.3 inches. It’s large, but not so large you won’t have any room on your desk for anything else. Some assembly is required, but putting it together should be simple and quick — according to reviewers, directions are easy to follow and assembling the whole thing takes about five to 15 minutes. Just make sure you have a Phillips screwdriver handy!

The organizer is available in either black or silver.

Positive Amazon review: “This is just the organizer I was looking for! The hanging folder section gives me enough room to store and organize works in progress, keeping them handy but out of the way and neat. The drawers hold my stapler, paperclips, and writing utensils with room to spare. The shelves are handy for post-it notes and a notepad that I need more frequently. […] It is deceivingly sturdy.”

2. The Best Compact Organizer For Desk Accessories

Mindspace’s office desk organizer is a more compact approach to an all-in-one desk organizer. It measures 8.7 inches by 5.5 inches, and is 5 inches tall. It contains six distinct compartments, including a little shelf for sticky notes, a little drawer for odds and ends, and a compartment in the back to store small notebooks, notepads, or planners. The organizer comes in silver or black mesh metal with a solid metal base. It features smooth rounded edges and trim, as well as soft rubber grips keep it in place and protect your desk

Reviewers have noted that this organizer doesn’t fit standard-size notebooks or folders — for that, turn to the SimpleHouseware desk organizer or Mindspace inclined file desk organizer.

It arrives full assembled and comes with a lifetime warranty.

Positive Amazon review: “Sturdy and well built, and perfectly sized for a smaller desk, with plenty of little compartments to keep things neat and tidy. The little drawer is great as well, and slides open/closed with no issues at all. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone.”

3. The Best Drawer Organizer

You can move around STORi’s clear plastic vanity and desk drawer organizers to fit a variety of drawer sizes. You’ll get two organizers of each of these three sizes, all two inches tall: 3-inch by 3-inch, 6-inch by 3-inch, and 9-inch by 3-inch. These organizer compartments should easily fit in shallow drawers, but remember to measure your desk drawer before purchasing just to be sure. The organizers have recessed bottoms so that you can stack them up if you’d like.

The clear plastic is easy to wipe clean with soap and water. If you’re looking for something a little more colorful to brighten up your drawer, check out Three By Three’s Seattle drawer organizers. You can also find more options of various shapes and sizes in this list of the best drawer organizers and dividers.

Positive Amazon review: “They’re durable, versatile and easy to clean. My desk drawer is organized, they’re not too tall for a slim drawer. Brings joy.”

4. The Best Pencil Holder

The HBLife’s acrylic pencil and pen holder has a modern acrylic design that’s both functional and sleek. The clear sides allow you to see more pencils and pens at once. The inside features a gold reflective bottom, which makes it look a little more luxurious than any plain old pen cup. Underneath the pencil holder, you’ll find that the bottom is covered in cork to prevent it from scratching your desk.

The HBLife’s pen and pencil holder comes with a one-year warranty.

Positive Amazon review: “These are beautiful and well made pencil holders. They hold a generous amount, and are sturdy with a cork base that helps the holder not to slide around. Would definitely buy again.”

5. The Best File Organizer/Paper Organizer

When you’re choosing a file organizer, opt for one that has open sides, which allows it to hold files, papers, and notebooks of all sizes. Mindspace’s inclined file desk organizer does just that and separates documents into five slots. It’s made of sturdy wire mesh that supports and keeps files upright and has a solid metal base. The step design angles up towards the back so that none of your papers get buried behind others. It measures 11.25 by 7.5 inches, and 11.25 inches tall (if that’s too big for your desk, take a look at this smaller file organizer) and comes with a lifetime warranty.

In addition to black, it’s available in silver.

Positive Amazon review: “I love it! I like that the base is not solid, so it can straddle the unsightly phone cords on my desk (which is why I chose this particular item) plus I love that the dividers are tall enough to keep file folders standing upright, not flopping over because there’s not enough support. And, it looks great on my desk.”

6. The Best Desk Organizer Set

An organizer set combines multiple types of organizers into a single package, making it a one-stop-shop for anyone in need of the desk-organizing basics. The Blu Monaco desk organizer set, which I think is particularly great for a home office, comes with five matching organizers: magazine holder, paper tray, card and mail organizer, pen cup, and sticky note holder.

It comes in a whopping nine colors, from vibrant blue to glossy gold.

Positive Amazon review: “I fell in love with this set the moment it came out of the box. It is sturdy, well-made and definitely worth the price. […] This desk set helps me keep my papers, mail, note pad, writing journals, and pens beautifully organized. Worth every cent.”

Hearing the couple’s legendary songs in concert is a treat in itself, but seeing their fabulous looks onstage is an added bonus. Who could forget their truly iconic looks when they kicked off the first On The Run tour in 2014? Beyonce busted out onstage during the San Francisco stop wearing a long-sleeved, fishnet bodysuit unzipped down to her navel. She wore a matching fishnet ski mask. Jay didn’t bring the same drama, but still looked hot in Ray-Ban Wayfarers and a black American flag tee under a blazer.

The 2015 Met Gala was also a major fashion moment for the couple. Bey looked like a Barbie with a high, blonde ponytail, but her Givenchy dress was pure scandalous — a completely sheer gown, leaving her only covered up with strategically placed crystals. Jay let her be the star, just wearing a dapper, black tuxedo. So handsome! Another amazing red carpet look for these two was at The Lion King premiere in summer 2019. Bey was stunning in a yellow gown, while Jay looked super handsome in his tux.

Of course, with so many years of love and marriage under their belts, there are plenty of more amazing style moments from Beyonce and JAY-Z over the years. Click through the gallery above to check out some of our favorite couple looks of theirs over the years!
