Harry and Meghan hunt for a home in Malibu, near Diana and Dodi’s secret hideaway

London: Harry and Meghan are househunting in the area of Los Angeles where Diana, Princess of Wales planned to set down roots in 1997, it has emerged.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are understood to be looking for a beachside home in Malibu to raise Archie, their 10-month-old son.

Harry's mother planned to move there with Dodi Fayed, her then boyfriend, after he bought a palatial home in the area a few months before the couple died in a Paris car crash.

The Tuscan-style villa, set on two hectares and boasting a private beach and 40 metres of ocean frontage, used to belong to Julie Andrews, the Mary Poppins star, and Blake Edwards, her film director husband. In 2007, Paul Burrell, the Princess' former butler, confirmed she had planned to move to what he described as a "lovely house… in Malibu" adding that he had seen the plans for it.

He told ABC News: "She said, 'This is our new life, just won't it be great, think of the lifestyle the boys – nobody's judgmental here in America, you don't have the class system, you don't have the establishment.'"

The Malibu lifestyle has attracted many of the world’s biggest celebrities.

Harry, 35, and Meghan, 38, are understood to be house hunting in the Pacific Palisades neighbourhood, one of the most exclusive areas on the Pacific Coast Highway. The Malibu region is already home to a host of celebrities, including Robert Downey jnr, Mel Gibson, Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox.

The area is an hour's drive away from the Hollywood studios, and former actress Meghan is understood to have told friends she had always wanted to "return home" and raise her family there.

"Over the last few months they have been looking at residences in that stretch of the city," said a source. "There is at least one very high-profile, high-end realtor, who has been home spotting for them privately.

"Meghan has made it no secret to those in her life from even before meeting Harry, she hoped to live on the beach eventually."

They are thought to be renting a home in a "quiet" LA neighbourhood while they search for something more permanent having caught one of the last US flights from Canada.

Wednesday is their first day as "non-royals" having announced in January they were stepping down to seek "financial independence".

It had long been rumoured that the couple eventually planned to end up in Malibu after resident celebrity Caitlyn Jenner revealed on British TV that she had heard they were househunting when their split from "The Firm" was announced three months ago.

Former Suits actress Meghan spent much of her childhood at the Malibu beaches, an hour's drive from Woodland Hills, where she grew up.

The area has beautiful locations such as Topanga State Park and Will Rogers State Historic Park. Thomas Markle and Doria Ragland, Meghan's parents, used to take her to Will Rogers beach, the location for Baywatch, the television series starring Pamela Anderson and David Hasselhoff.

Celebrity hang-outs in the region include the famous Paradise Cove Beach Cafe, where stars including David Beckham, Gwen Stefani and Robbie Williams have been spotted. Another famous Pacific Coast Highway eatery is Geoffrey's, a reservation-only spot frequented by the region's wealthiest patrons, while a few kilometres down the road is Moonshadows, a lively party bar, made famous when Mel Gibson, was arrested outside it after a boozy session in 2006.

Celebrity Stylists Tell You How To Best Keep Your Color & Cut Maintained At Home – Expert Tips

Not being able to get to a hair salon during self-isolation can be super stressful but luckily, a celeb colorist & stylist revealed tips for maintaining your color & cut while under quarantine!

While in self-isolation, it can be hard to keep your hair color and cut in tip-top shape and the thought of keeping up with it yourself may seem stressful. Luckily, hairstylist, Jerome Lordet, and colorist, Giselle, of Pierre Michel Salon in NYC shared tips with HollywoodLife EXCLUSIVELY, on maintaining your hair while under quarantine.

For tips on cutting your hair at home, Jerome shared, “If you have long hair and want to get rid of any dead ends you can trim by combing your dry hair (not wet!). Make sure your hair is straight down, parted in the middle and try to follow the lines that are already there, only trim the wispy hairs that are out of place rather than giving yourself a full hair cut as this is not an easy task and I would not recommend for short hair where you can’t see or pull all of your hair in front of you.”

As for how to keep your hair color looking fresher for longer at home, Giselle shared two easy-to-follow steps.
1. “Always use shampoos and conditioners that specify they’re for color-treated hair.
2. “Shampoo every other day instead of each day to keep color life going a little longer. You can use a dry shampoo in between washes like Cleo + Coco to absorb excess oil and boost volume.”

For maintaining your own at home hair color, Giselle revealed two tips:
1. “Choose a color within 1-2 shades of your own natural hair color and don’t try to mix colors and get creative. Leave that to the professionals.
2. “It’s better to choose a color a little lighter than you think because boxed hair color usually comes out darker. Also, leave highlighting to the professionals!”

Stuart Lubbock pool death – how did the dad-of-two die? – The Sun

STUART Lubbock's death in Michael Barrymore's swimming pool still remains an unsolved mystery.

But how did the dad-of-two end up in the Essex mansion and what happened to him?

Who was Stuart Lubbock?

The body of Stuart Lubbock, 31, was found face-down in the swimming pool of TV presenter and comedian Michael Barrymore on March 31, 2001.

Lubbock, a dad-of-two from Harlow, and others had been enjoying an all-night party at the star's then mansion in Roydon, Essex.

Barrymore had invited the meat factory supervisor back to his home for a private party after meeting him at the Millennium Nightclub.

Seven people, including Lubbock, joined Barrymore at his five-bedroom home.

Three witnesses, including Barrymore, claimed Lubbock was found motionless in the swimming pool hours later.

Lubbock's death is still an unsolved murder investigation.

The Channel 4 documentary, Barrymore: The Body In The Pool, will air the 999 call made after he was found.

Stuart's brother Kevin Lubbock told the programme that a "wall of silence" surrounded the death.

What were Stuart Lubbock's injuries?

A post-mortem of Stuart Lubbock found he had suffered severe internal injuries that suggested he was sexually assaulted.

During a five-day inquest in 2002, Essex coroner Caroline Beasley-Murray was told that Lubbock had alcohol in his system, along with a cocktail of drugs including ecstasy, amphetamine and cocaine.

Three of the four pathologists giving evidence were unable to provide an exact cause of death.

Prof Christopher Milroy said it was possible that Lubbock had been held around the neck, but that drowning was the most likely cause of death, the Watford Observer reported at the time.

However, three other pathologists said they could not confirm that he had definitely drowned.

Ms Beasley-Murray recorded an open verdict as a result.

She added that "none" of the witnesses who were at the party "for three hours have given to this court an explanation about how Stuart Lubbock, a previously fit 31-year-old, should be found floating in a swimming pool at the premises, with a significant level of alcohol and drugs in his system, and have serious anal injuries".

What has Stuart Lubbock's father said about his death?

Terry Lubbock, 74, has praised TV presenter Michael Barrymore for boosting his fight to get justice for his son Stuart.

After seeing a preview of the documentary – airing on Thursday – he added: "All I live for is to see Stuart get justice – and I'm determined that I will live to see Stuart get justice.

"Michael Barrymore is a very, very clever man and he wants to be in the limelight and he wants to be back on television.

"And he has helped me enormously. He's kept this in the news and I thank him for it.

"I have seen this documentary. It's very good.

"I think it's going to push the door open a bit more. I think it's going to help get justice for Stuart. I'd urge everyone to watch it."

What has Michael Barrymore said about Stuart Lubbock's death?

Barrymore, now aged 67, was arrested over the death in 2007 but the case against him was dropped three months later.

He recently poured out his heart on Piers Morgan’s Life Stories and confessed he now lives the life of a recluse, with his Jack Russell, Dave, his only companion.

In a tearful and emotional interview, Barrymore said: “I could not be more sad. I could not be more sorry that this event took place.

“It was at my house and they don’t have all the answers to how he got these injuries.

“Of course it goes through my head and I want things different. I wish I could change it for them.

“I f***ed up. What more do you want? I f***ed up.

“I was responsible for allowing people to come back to my house and to go out to the pool. All of them were . . . there were no children. Stuart was 31. You assume they was capable of looking after themselves.”

What was revealed in the Channel 4 documentary?

Barrymore: The Body In The Pool included previously unseen footage and photographs from the Essex property where the butcher died two decades ago.

Viewers also heard the 999 call made after Stuart drowned in the pool after consuming alcohol and drugs as part of a group of revellers at Barrymore’s pad.

In the documentary a man is heard telling the emergency services what’s happened.

He says: “There’s a party going on and someone has just gone out there and found him.

"I tell you what mate, first time I’ve been out in four f**king years, I have my kids every weekend.”

'Big Brother 21': Holly Allen Tells Dick Donato to 'Go F**K Yourself' for Bashing Her Boyfriend and Castmates

As CBS recently started hosting open calls for Big Brother 22 hopefuls, BB8 winner Dick “Evel Dick” Donato gave advice to applicants. In his suggestions, he called the BB21 champ Jackson Michie a “blockhead” and insinuated the cast were racists and had “crabs.”

Holly Allen stood up for her boyfriend and castmates and made an Instagram story clapping back at the notorious villain.

Dick Donato on ‘Big Brother 8’

In 2007, Los Angeles-based bar owner Dick Donato competed on Big Brother 8 alongside his daughter, Daniele, as part of a “Rivals” twist. Even though the father/daughter duo hadn’t talked in years, they made a dynamic team and lasted to the Final Two, despite the entire house targeting them from the start.

During the season, he attempted to save his daughter several times by making himself a bigger target than her. Therefore, he unleashed personal attacks on the houseguests. Donato’s antics went too far at times as he poured iced tea on a female cast member and later burned her with a lit cigarette.

However, the majority of viewers enjoyed the bar owner and the relationship with his daughter, so he didn’t face any consequences for his actions.

After winning the season, he returned for BB13, again with Daniele, but left after the first week as a result of a positive HIV test. Currently, Donato is a popular podcaster who discusses everything Big Brother.

He heavily criticized the most recent season, BB21, due to the houseguests’ controversial and perceived racist behavior.

Dick Donato bashed the ‘Big Brother 21’ cast on Twitter

In a February 2020 tweet, the BB8 winner advised hopefuls submitting applications for BB22. He suggested they “stay home” if they “are a racist and plan on targeting POC [people of color] from the start.”

Additionally, Donato threw shots at BB21 winner Jackson Michie by advising one not to audition if they are “a blockhead” who is “addicted to watermelon” or “will cheat on slop.”

Finally, he doesn’t want them to apply if they have “crabs,” which the BB21 cast was rumored to have. After the tweet went viral, houseguest Kathryn Dunn clarified no one in the house had the STD.

She claims she made a joke about it to Holly Allen, and then “Twitter ran with it.”

Holly Allen responded to Dick Donato

After Jackson Michie responded to Donato on his Instagram story, his girlfriend and BB21 runner-up Holly Allen quickly followed suit. She started by explaining she knows everyone loves to “bash them” and she “gets it.”

However, she doesn’t like it when former houseguests do bash them online, “especially when it’s for things that aren’t true” and when they behaved “much worse than what they’re accusing our season of.”

Off-camera Michie included Donato did “actual acts of misogyny and violence,” and Allen captioned the clip that they “can take the scrutiny” not “the hypocrisy.” She also called him “one of the worse misogynists that I’ve ever seen on television.”

Michie again tried to include his opinion off-camera, but Allen cut it off because she’s “not going to get into the details.” She concluded by telling Donato to “kindly go f**k yourself” before signing off to “drink some more wine and eat some good food with the man that she loves.”

The BB8 winner has yet to respond.
