LOVE Island star Adam Collard shared yet another sweaty workout video today as he admitted he cannot wait to get back in the gym properly.

Adam, who found fame on the 2018 series of Love Island, is known for working hard to maintain his physique and his regime during lockdown has been no different.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, the reality TV star shared an array of videos which shows his routine – and it doesn't look easy.

As well as doing bottom squats, Adam did crab walks and explosive drop squats before moving onto lifting weights.

The tattooed hunk wore a khaki green T-shirt with grey jogging bottoms and black trainers as he got his sweat on.

Adam made sure to caption his story clips so that his 1 million followers knew exactly what he was doing at every moment.

"Get busy, bounce, move, feel everything switching on," he told his fans.

Adam also admitted that his "knees are playing up a bit" so he decided to use lighter weights to avoid any injury.

He went on to say of the gym: "Can't wait until I can open this place back up… come on BoJo, I'm lonely."

However, as it's Friday, Adam decided he deserved a treat and shared a video of some delicious-looking brownies he'd been sent.

"Last time I got sent this, I ate the entire tray!" he admitted, before showing off some other goodies he'd been sent.

Adam's latest workout comes after he left his followers hot under the collar when he posted a seriously sexy underwear snap.

The Geordie Personal Trainer, who was somewhat of a lothario on the ITV2 dating series posed wearing nothing but green briefs at the bottom of the stairs.

Adam captioned the Instagram photo: "lucky boxers tbh."

Adam recently confessed that he actually doesn't train his abdominals every day to get his ripped look.

He captioned one of his videos: "Morning AB routine actually only really do any ab work 2 times per week but here are some of my favourite exercises to try out."
